ShoreTours SAS booking terms and conditions
This agreement defines the terms and conditions between the company SHORETOURS registered in Le Puy en Velay RCS 879 964 450 and users of our services for booking tours and shore excursions ("You") with tourism official guides who provide visits, tours and shore excursions ("Tourist guides"). This agreement explains how you achieve the bookings and specifically limits the liability of ShoreTours.
Before booking a tour, you must read and accept the terms of this contract. By using the website, you agree all the terms and conditions of this agreement and you guarantee that you understand and accept all conditions.
These terms are intended for a consumer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all bookings you make on this site.
We do our best to satisfy you. On this site, we present all the essential characteristics of the services (excursions). We will be attentive to the comments you send us (click here to access the "contact us" section)
ShoreTours being a company subject to French law, these terms and conditions were written in French (see here).
All other versions are therefore only translations of the terms and conditions and in case of dispute only the French version will prevail.

1 - General
ShoreTours, via a secure internet platform, www.shoretoursguides.com, introduces you to tourist guides offering you the possibility of discovering a city or an attraction.
Tour guides are independent contractors who are not employed by ShoreTours.
ShoreTours cannot control the quality or timing, nor the morality of actually provided services by their partner guides.Therefore, ShoreTours civil or legal liability cannot be engaged.
However, ShoreTours makes every effort to make the referenced tourist guides flawless. If, despite our vigilance, you notice an irregularity or a breach of their obligations, you agree to report it to us.

2 - The different steps to follow for the conclusion of the online booking
2 .1 Booking
You make your selection by browsing the pages of our site www.shoretoursguides.com
Your selections are added to your cart when you click on " Add to cart ".
You can confirm your booking by clicking on " Book now ". Payment on behalf of our guides is made directly on our site.
2 .2 Validation of the contract
When you click on " Book now " a confirmation message appears. It summarizes all the products and options selected.
You must verify in this order form all the information transmitted;
If you do not have to modify the form, you must then read these conditions. If you accept them, you must tick the box " I have read and I accept without reserve all the terms and conditions of ShoreTours "
To finalise your order, you must click on '' pay my order ''.
After payment on our secured server (see '' payment ''), an acknowledgment of receipt is displayed. It confirms the registration of your booking and informs you that an electronic confirmation message will be sent to you as soon as possible.

2 .3 Technical means for identifying and correcting errors
You have the right to identify and correct any errors you have made when entering your data at any time. When you notice an error after the conclusion of the contract, you must contact us at: contact@shoretours.eu (click here to access the '' contact us '' section)
3 - Archiving and access to the contract
We carry out an archiving of contracts, bookings on a reliable and durable support.
You have a right of communication to these documents for orders of an amount greater than or equal to € 120.

4. The warranties and cancellation conditions
4.1 Guarantees
In accordance with the legal provisions relating to compliance with the benefit provided for in the contract, we will refund you, if it was cancelled by the tour guide due to weather, safety or other. In this case, after complaint to our services, you will be re-credited for the entire service by bank transfer or credit to be credited for a future excursion under the conditions below.
4.2 Cancellation
The booking is deemed finalised once payment is made in full.
We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance in order to protect yourself from any possible unexpected events.
Our cancellation conditions are as follows:
Cancellation up to 30 days from the date of the service: 100% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days from the date of the service: Refund of the amount of the booking less penalty of 25 € for booking fees.
Cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the service: Refund of the amount of your booking less penalty of 25 € handling fees. Certain sums already committed by the guide may be retained, such as purchases of external services (transport, entrance tickets to attractions, etc., for which the guide will not receive any reimbursement).
Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the service:
Penalty of 100% of the amount of your booking.

4.3 Return to Ship guarantee
ShoreTours guarantees that no one will return to the Ship late. In the extremely unlikely event that you arrive at the port after the departure of the Ship, we will take care of the accommodation on site the first night, and we will take care of the adapted means of transport in order to reach the boat at the next possible stopover.
You must inform ShoreTours immediately and in no case may you organize your accommodation or your transport by yourself. Otherwise you could no longer be covered by our guarantee.
Likewise, the guarantee would not apply in the event of delay attributable to you, for example, if you are late at the meeting point agreed with the guide, if you become ill, get arrested, etc.

4.4 Responsibility
ShoreTours partner tour guides do their best to satisfy you. However, their responsibility cannot be engaged due to a fortuitous event, a case of force majeure, the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract.
In addition, you should be aware that any activity presents a risk and that this risk is more or less significant depending on the activities you choose on our site. You should always exercise caution and follow your guide's recommendations.
You therefore agree to assume personally as well as all participants in the excursion, all of these risks and waive all liability actions against ShoreTours, in the event that you are the victim of an accident, injury, death or other damage, whether physical or financial and whatever the causes or the interveners who caused the damage. This renunciation also applies to your descendants, ascendants and / or heirs.
We recommend that you take out insurance including medical assistance before the start of your trip.

5 - The price
The prices of services are indicated in euros all taxes included (French VAT and other applicable taxes) and include all of the described benefits in the “This tour includes” section on the tour details page.
The Personal expenses and all other supplements are to be paid later on site of service.
6 - Payment methods and means of security
We collect your payment when registering your excursion or tour booking.

6.1 Payment methods
You have several means of payment to pay for your bookings on www.shoretoursguides.com. In all cases your payments details are never communicated to ShoreTours
- either by bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, other credit cards
Payment by credit card is perfectly secure; your order will be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment.
- either by PayPal:
With PayPal your financial information is never communicated to ShoreTours. Indeed, PayPal encrypts and protects your card number. Pay online by simply entering your email address and password.
6.2 Security
Payments via our site are subject to a security system. We have adopted the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt credit card details. To protect you from possible intrusion, we do not store credit card numbers on our computer servers. Credit card numbers are processed by Stripe, which returns an authorization number to us.

8 - Personal information

We collect your personal information for the management of your bookings and the monitoring of our commercial relations. They can be retransmitted to our partners exclusively for the execution of your booking, in accordance with these terms and conditions
In accordance with the data-processing law and freedoms of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, deletion, rectification and opposition to your personal data. Simply write to us at Customer Service ShoreTours - 11b, les Prades - 43370 Solignac sur Loire- France, or email at contact@shoretours.eu, indicating your name, surname, email, address and, if possible, your customer reference.
9 - Applicable legislation / Competent jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
If any clause in this contract turns out to be illegal, it will be deemed never to have been written.
In the event of a substantive or formal dispute, the mediation service of the Commercial Court nearest to ShoreTours SAS head offices will be solely competent.
