Orthodox Monasteries dress code: Ladies must wear a long skirt or a long dress and Gents must wear long trousers. Everybody must have their shoulders covered.
Comfortable shoes are needed for the climbing of the steps.
Photography is not allowed inside the monastery churches or museums.
