It is a kid-friendly tour as our drivers know how to make them comfortable
It is wheel-chair friendly in the sense that the driver provides of course assistance with getting in and out of the car. Positano is not really a firendly town for wheelchairs as it is filled with steps, but Sorrento is very easy to tour on a wheelchair.

Let me introduce myself: I’m Roberto D’Alessandro, the owner & founder of Touring Italy. Born & raised in Naples, I have a Masters degree in International Studies, from the University of Trieste (North – East of Italy, a great city to visit by the way), but from a young age, I was fascinated by new cultures, travelling around the world and meeting new people. That’s one of the reasons I founded my own company.
After gaining experience in the tourism industry with an American company, my focus was directed on how this expertise could be better used to serve visitors to Italy. Touring Italy was created in 2014 to give my guests an extraordinary experience by offering not only guided tour packages but tailor-made private tours that we hope will leave you with cherished memories of my beautiful country.
I call myself a ‘Trip Planner’ because I customise every detail of my guests’ trip to ensure that if clients are on their honeymoon or there’s a large family group celebrating an event while on the tour, everything runs smoothly so all they concentrate on is having a wonderful time and soaking up the experience of being in Italy.
No detail is too small, no request too difficult and my responsibility is making sure my guests leave with indelible memories of their time in Italy’s beautiful cities.
Besides being the owner of Touring Italy, I’m also an officially licensed ‘Private Driver’. This means I am able to not only meet guests at a pick-up point, but also accompany them anywhere in Italy for Private/Small Group Tours. For those who want to get to know Italian culture and live the experience with a native Neapolitan, this is a chance to do so.
