Shoretours offers specific booking and cancellation options for all bookings made on the website during the operation, i.e. until 31/12/2021.

 

The general cancellation conditions are replaced as follows:

The customer may cancel the booked tours up to 7 days before the scheduled date and even up to 24 hours before the tour in case of cancellation due to Covid-19, which includes infection of the customer or a person accompanying him/her / with Covid-19 before or during the trip, cancellation of a stopover by the shipping company or cancellation of the tour by the guide due to the Covid-19 epidemic or any other restriction imposed by the governments of the country of departure or the countries visited.
The client must inform ShoreTours of the cancellation exclusively by e-mail to: contact@shoretours.eu and must specify the reason for the cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour.

 

In all these cases, the client will receive a refund of 100% of the amount of the reservation made between June 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021 for services to be performed between July 1, 2020 and December 31, 2022. The refund will be made within 15 days of ShoreTours receiving the customer's cancellation.
