Saint-Malo and Dinan are two of the main cities in the north-est of Brittany (the High-Brittany). During our tour you will discover the rich past of this land, and the main participant of it, the river Rance, link between the countryside and the seaside.
We'll start by a walk-tour of Dinan, joined by a private transportation. Rich of an extraordinary medieval heritage, Dinan is a jewel of Breton history set in its ramparts. During a walk you will discover the dukes' keep, the clock tower, the churches and the half-timbered houses in the heart of the city. Dinan is also a lively town, at the heart of a reflection on the preservation of heritage, animated in particular by numerous artists' and craftsmen's workshops.
The noon meal is at your convenience (many restaurants in Dinan, or in the typical fishermen village of Saint Suliac).
We will return to Saint Malo and enjoy a walk-tour in the old city.
Come and lose yourself in the maze of narrow streets within the city walls, or dream of the open sea from the top of the ramparts. Saint-Malo is the place to discover all the major stages in the history of Brittany, from the arrival of the Britons at the end of Antiquity to the Second World War, including the great Gothic construction sites of the late Middle Ages and of course, the Corsairs!
