We will cycle through the famous terraces and vineyards steeply overlooking the sea, between the cultivated area and the beginning of the woods.
Here we can breathe the true essence of this place and its inhabitants, who are at the same time fishermen, farmers and woodcutters; here it is possible to see the wonder of the Mar Ligure and its rocky coasts (visible for the whole itinerary), to understand the complexity of this human landscape and the importance of preserving these places.
The meeting with the guide will be at the cruise terminal of La Spezia and with a 10 minutes walk in the historical centre we will reach the bicycle centre.
Our bike tour to the Cinque Terre starts in the centre of La Spezia, pedalling with our fantastic electric motor bikes, we ride up to Biassa, through dense chestnut forests to the Telegrafo pass, where the sea air arrives and the Mediterranean scrub begins to dominate. From here we continue on a path through wonderful landscapes to Volastra, a splendid village surrounded by famous vineyards. Next stop is Manarola, visit of the village where there is free time to visit it, to have lunch and relax. In the afternoon at about 16.30 we return to the cruise terminal of La Spezia pedalling along the panoramic road with splendid views of the villages and the sea.

WHAT IS AN ELECTRIC BICYCLE?
E-bikes are bicycles with the addition of an electric motor that helps to pedal, especially uphill. The bike can be used without the motor or you can choose different levels of assistance. This technology allows everyone, even people who are not very much dragged, to enjoy a day on a bike with routes from 30 to 50 km.
