We will head first toward the Hagar Qim Temples, a world heritage site. These temples were dedicated to the worship of Great Mother Earth, the fertility Goddess who was the dominant religious figure throughout the Mediterranean basin. These temples continue to astonish with their grandeur, complexity and beauty of the sites. Discover an extraordinary prehistoric culture in the heart of the Mediterranean.
Then we stop overlooking the cliffs offering a stunning view over the Blue Grotto. One can also enjoy a boat ride to discover the Blue Grotto , optional and weather permitting.
We will then proceed to Marsaxlokk, the most colourful and picturesque harbour in the south of Malta . What enchants the eye are the fishing boats beautifully painted with moulded eyes, another link to rich historical past. Free time in Marsaxlokk to enjoy a stroll along this lovely creek.
I will be waiting for you at the exit of the Cruise Liner Passenger Terminal
Boats are weather permitting however when boats are not running we still manage to get a good view from the cliffs over the entrance to cave. When boats do not operate we use that time to discover another attraction close by.
