We had a brilliant day with Andreas and really enjoyed it. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning of the day, it seems Andreas had not been given the details of our ship, where and when we were meeting and that was a shame. Also we were expecting an SUV and that didn’t happen either, so we were a little cramped in a BMW. But once we got over the slightly awkward start, the day was incredible, Andreas made the trip very personal to us, was very chatty and happy to answer all our questions. The Norwegian snacks and drinks were a lovely touch and we thoroughly enjoyed them. We were also pleased he was able to join us on the troll cars and skylift. . Andreas was a great guide and certainly added many personal touches to make the day very special for us.
