Meet your guide
I am Anna Turoka, certified tour guide from Riga, Latvia. In 2006 I graduated in Humanities at the Latvian Academy of Culture, where I studied my country's history, architecture, art and languages. Since 2014 I have been a tour guide for French-speaking groups in the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia). This is my main job, my profession that I love very much.
I offer you friendly walks in Riga, during which you will learn history, legends, historical and current facts. I like to explain our traditions, pass on my knowledge and "translate" the peculiarities of the local mentality. In my opinion it is very interesting to compare cultures and draw parallels in the histories of our countries.
