We have in program to take the cable-car to reach the top of the cliff on which Orvieto is placed , cliff that made of it one of the most secure town of the passed, used by Papacy several times to protect their lives from barbarians. That is why Orvieto is an authentic jewel that deserves to be admired.
Along the way, our stop near Civita di Bagnoregio ( see photo-album) for your unforgettable Tuscan lunch and a short stop on lake Bolsena shore to enjoy the beauty of the biggest lake of Central Italy.
Orvieto is also a fantastic shopping center famous for ceramics and high-fashion shops.

Meet your guide
I live in northern Latium, near the area I want you to discover.
I know of restaurants, of wines and local specialties.
So I will take you to Civita di Bagnoregio on our way to Orvieto, not only for the astonishing view of this ghost town. It barely stands, surreally "suspended"on a sandy cliff that is being eroded by winds. I am taking you to a great restaurant for your non included lunch, if you wish; a-la-carte.
If starting hour takes us there too early, you might have lunch when in Orvieto.
